Ashley believes our health and fitness set the stage for every area in our life, she wants you to be your most confident and energetic self!


Ashley was born and raised in Central Otago, and grateful to be.

After living and personal training in North America for almost a decade she has come home to settle in Wanaka with her partner and two daughters.


It has been assumed Ashley have always loved sports- this is not true, it took her some time and perseverance but when she started to reap the benefits physically and mentally its become a way of life ever since.


Ashley has competed in a variety of sports such as rowing, running, mountain biking, multi-sports, and body building,

Now she mostly just loves living a healthy active lifestyle maintaining a base fitness to jump into an event/adventure when she chooses.
