Programs - PLAE Perform

​PLAE Perform has been designed for every training style and will be in FITGym July 1st, 2026.

PLAE Perform gives FITGym members access to professionally designed, science-backed training programs through an easy-to-use app. You'll get clear guidance on what to do, how to do it, and how to progress. To complement the app, we'll also be running group fitness classes in the gym so you can come for a class with a trainer.

Group classes are optional, you can use the app by itself, or you can come to every class and use the app to keep track of progress as you go. It's completely up to you. 

PLAE Perform is ideal for members who: 

  • Enjoy training independently but want a structured plan 

  • Want extra strength or conditioning work built into their sessions 

  • Want the confidence of expert programming without ongoing personal training 

  • Feel unsure where to start in the gym 

  • Are experienced and looking for a progressive, results-focused program.

We created a beginner-friendly workout program you can follow in the gym on the pin-loaded machines. This workout will take you through a weeks worth of exercises that you can pick and choose from. Testing and Performance - V02 Max and Lactate

Performance Testing is coming to FITGym from June 25th, 2026.

Whether you're new to working out, preparing for your next race, wanting to get serious about your health, training for competition, or simply curious about your fitness, our performance testing services provide valuable insights into how your body is performing and how to get the most from your training.

V02 Max Testing

VO₂ Max is one of the most recognised measures of cardiovascular fitness and endurance performance.

This assessment measures how efficiently your body uses oxygen during exercise and provides valuable insight into your aerobic fitness, endurance capacity, and personalised training zones.

Lactate Threshold Testing

Lactate Threshold Testing provides a deeper understanding of how your body responds as exercise intensity increases.

Using small blood samples taken throughout a graded exercise test, we'll identify your aerobic and lactate threshold zones, helping you better understand pacing, training intensity, and performance potential.
