Once you're in the app, you can head to Profile > Appointments and book a 45 min Welcome Gym Tour with Chuck. He will show you around the machines and help you get started.

Adult lessons happen regularly every Tuesday at 6:30 (during the school term).
Usually $35 for a one-off and $150 for a 5 Pass, with the 15% discount members pay $29.75 for one-offs and $127.50 for the 5 Pass.
No need to book online or by email, just pop in at 6:30 on Tuesdays and show your FITGym membership at payment.
