  • 1:1 Running Strength Programming

  • 1:1 Pre & Post Natal Specialist Strength & Running Coaching

Her Pre & Post Natal training includes supporting women during pregnancy & postpartum. The aim is to allow them to move with confidence during pregnancy with safe specific planning including birth prep. Postpartum is specific in supporting mums to return to training (strength & running- if applicable) pain free & STRONG!
