GEORGIA HARDY-HESSON
Personal Trainer
Georgia's approach combines compound lifting with targeted functional accessories, giving clients the tools to develop real-world strength while supporting joint health and long-term movement quality. She teaches both men and women how to lift well, using clear structure and progressive overload to build confidence under the bar and create measurable, lasting results.
For those returning from injury or managing ongoing limitations, Georgia takes a movement-first approach, rebuilding strength in a way that is safe, progressive, and specific to the individual. Her background in rehabilitation allows me to bridge the gap between physio and performance — helping clients not just recover, but come back stronger.
Alongside this, Georgia's experience over the last 15 years has shaped her understanding of strength, power, and athletic development, which she integrates where appropriate to improve coordination, stability, and overall physical capacity.
Outside of coaching, Georgia is a mum of two and avid gardener with a love for the moutains — so she understands the importance of building a body that not only performs in the gym, but supports the demands and adventures of everyday life.
Whether your goal is to stay strong and independent as you age, return to training pain-free, or build a solid foundation of strength and confidence in the gym, her coaching provides a clear, structured pathway forward.
