Jamie knows how overwhelming health and fitness can feel with so much conflicting information out there. Jamie cuts through the noise with a minimalist, fundamentals-based approach that focuses on what works and creates lasting results.


It is his mission to help people build confidence in their abilities & to show them that progress in nutrition, strength, mobility & conditioning is possible no matter their starting point.


He’s here to help you:

  • Reduce pain in your body & improve range of motion

  • Increase functional strength & overall conditioning

  • Become more confident inside & outside of the gym


Raised in Otago, Jamie describes himself as being laid back but intentional with how he lives. He is a huge sports fan, into hiking and the outdoors, loves a good laugh, appreciates coffee & good food & is always planning his next trip.


Whether it be through 1-1 training or individualised programming Jamie can help give you the structure & support you need to get you to where you want to be.
