KIM CADZOW
Personal Trainer
Kim became a personal trainer at 18 years old and have experience in local and international gyms as well as group trainings. Kim has been coaching cyclists and triathletes from recreational, competitive and high performance levels for years.
One of the biggest issues people face in endurance sport is getting the most out of strength training without becoming too fatigued. Kim has learned over the years how to find the perfect balance between the two. Kim believes in a well balance strength program that not only challenges clients, but is sustainable and progressive. After a life of intense sport, Kim's goal is to help others feel more confident in the gym environment an challenge the narrative that skinny equals fit.
Kim is also currently studying a Bachelor of Sport Science with a specialisation in sports for all, and exercise prescription. Her studies have strengthened her belief that everyone - no matter the age, gender or experience - should be strength training. Outside of the gym, you'll find her in the mountains either on skii's, bike, or foot.
