MADS KERR

Personal Trainer

Mads’ coaching is shaped by a diverse background across personal training, group fitness, and high-performance sport. Since starting in the fitness industry in 2020, she has worked helping people build strength, improve movement, and feel more confident in their training.


Her approach combines structured strength work with functional, goal-driven programming. With experience coaching both in gyms and in high-performance snow sports environments, she understands how to develop not just strength, but coordination, control, and resilience. Technique and progression are a key focus, giving clients the tools to train safely and see consistent, long-term results.


Mads also brings a strong focus on the mental side of training. Currently studying psychology, she integrates this into her coaching where appropriate — supporting clients with mindset, consistency, and building a positive relationship with exercise.


She has a particular interest in women’s health, including post-partum and cycle-based training, as well as experience working with clients of varying abilities, including those requiring additional support.


Outside of the gym, Mads spends much of her time in the mountains, coaching and riding. Growing up around the outdoors, she values building a body that not only performs in the gym, but supports an active, adventurous lifestyle.
